From the first enquiry about my Volkswagen Amarok until the final purchase Josh always treated me with great respect. As a single woman navigating the used car market my experience is often of being ignored in the yard or dismissed. Josh was patient while I decided on a few cars from different yards. My decision came down to two vehicles. The overwhelming choice came down to the vehicle of course but a key decider was how the salesman made me feel. Buying a vehicle from the JH Warehouse was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. My contact there, Josh, was a courteous, intelligent and professional salesman focussed at all times on customer service - a gratifying aspect of this was the fact that I was given space to browse extensively, ask many questions, digest information, and test several vehicles without hard-sell tactics placing unwanted pressure upon the customer.
