Eddie helped me with a consolidation loan. The process was very smooth. I ended up with a greatly decreased monthly payment and Eddie made sure I got the best possible loan for my situation. He was present through the whole process, was very helpful and transparent with everything. The turnaround was really quick too, which was amazing. Would highly recommend Eddie and his team if you're looking into a consolidation loan.

After a long day dealing with dealerships and Salesman, I stumbled upon Michael's website and got in contact. Had one conversation with Michael and told him what I wanted and what i wanted to spend. Long Story short, due to his relationships and the industry knowledge, Michael was able to get me a unbelievable deal on a brand new top of the range Hilux and I didn't have to do anything. Patience is not my strong point but I'm so glad I did as at the end of the 8 week journey I have walked away with an unbelievable deal. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased my first brand new car from Melville Suzuki after reading the reviews on Google. I didn't want the hassle of a pushy car salesmen as I just wanted the process to be an enjoyable and exciting one and not feel like I was being pressured into something I didn't want. I can safely say that the team at Melville Suzuki made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed the experience and was very eager to make my first real 'adult' purchase. We had Paul help us through the process - He was exceptional. Very easy going , fantastic customer service, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want and had fabulous communication even after the deal was made in regards to delivery and helping with my personalised plates making sure they were all changed over ready to go. Dealing with Paul definitely made the experience a lot more relaxing for me.I do want to leave some disappointing feedback regarding the finance lady. She was very rude and forceful. After having a such a wonderful experience with Paul we were then taken to see the finance lady, she didn't introduce herself to us, or congratulate me on the purchase of my car unlike the rest of the staff who all said congratulations as I walked past. I had to tell her that I had decided to get a loan from the bank and not use their finance but she made myself and my partner both feel like we didn't have a choice and that I had to finance through her, after telling her multiple times that we had the loan ready to go she got very frustrated with us and after I paid my deposit she ended up just showing us the door so we could leave. Unfortunately that was the attitude we were trying to avoid by coming to Melville Suzuki. But other than that, we had fantastic service from everyone and I absolutely love my new car!

Just had our little Mazda 3 serviced - she was in bad shape prior to getting her down to Aardvark for a service and repair.In summary- back brake literally fallen off- driver door bent open (long story)- needed a good service- pretty gross and dirty from being parked up so longBut it has come back to us in an incredible condition, revitalised and running like a dream. Even that bent door was fixed up and doesn't make an awful creaking noise when we open and close it.Still have a couple of things we need to check off to get her perfect, but the team let us know exactly what needs to be done in order of priority to achieve this, no pressure or judgement from the team at any stage either.Every step of the way we were kept informed, and provided with exceptional advice, guidance and customer service from every team member that we interacted with, they really looked after us and our car.The service we received was top notch, it has honestly been the best experience we have ever had - we will be back soon to finish off the last few things.Can't recommend these guys enough. They are outstanding.Thank you again, we are so grateful.
